What is the yearly cost of keeping a couple of Shetland Sheepdog?

I'm using a blue Double K 2000 power drier and it blows carbon dust on my dogs. This is a pretty new drier so the brushes should have to be replaced yet. Anyone having the same problem? Is there any power driers out there that DOESN'T use carbon brushes?
