We are coing over to NZ - SOON!!! - and here in Wales we run a very small cider orchard, (badly?? drink the profits!). Can anyone tell me A} suppliers of trees and machinery
B} best varieties for the area around Tiahape C} What are NZ trees like for alitude, what's the max height that they will flourish at, winds are they a problem and season - your way out of sinc!!
And lastly do you have a cider society or festivals?

All help appreciated - before we make even more mistakes!!!!!
