I found your site by searching for LaMancha goat sites.We have LaMancha, Nigerian Dwarf, and a couple of crossbreeds that we rescued/bought from people that weren't feeding them. I have been milking two of the Nigerians and making simple cheeses. By Springtime I will be set up with a *cheese cave* and all the supplies I need to make goat milk soaps. We will also be breeding and registering Mini-Manchas and will be selling them. We also plan on enlarging our garden and growing the gorgeous fancy gourds and pumpkins to sell next Fall. You are an inspiration!

I really enjoy the thought you and your family work with the earth to grow things. Thanks for the info on the big garlic . We just moved to Troup this year and will be using our bath water, sink water, to water our garden. We have cows ( Mixed breeds) chicken (Road Island Reds). we get beautiful big brown eggs. I want to try to grow that garlic , that your family grows.
