Hi Chaps
Please see below the minutes of the committee meeting held on 01/12/25. If anyone has any points to raise in relation to this meeting can they please take these through the relevant Rep to bring to the committee\'s attention

1. The minutes of the previous meeting have been read and are all in order.

2. Unfortunately we have recently lost a valued member of our darts league, who has passed away to the Oche in the sky.
Stuart Phillips left us recently and on behalf of every member of the league I would like to send our condolences to Stuart\'s family and friends in this sad time. He will be missed by all but not forgotten.
Can I ask that all teams observe a minutes silence this coming Friday in remembrance of Stuart

3. Tournaments - on behalf of the committee can I thank all who attended the 3\'s tournaments held over the last 2 weeks. A mediocre turn out with only 12 out of 19 teams fielding a side. Congrats to the winners, Baglan Rugby 1 and Burgess 1, very worthy winners.
Going forward, we do need better attendance of all competitions, which only benefit the league and the struggling clubs that host. We are looking at ways to try to resolve this matter and are open to suggestions from any teams via the Reps.

4. It has been brought to the attention of the committee regarding music and using an electronic scorer at Murphy\'s pub. This will be address with the committee attending Murphy\'s to re-iterate that it was agreed before joining the league that both these issues were not allowed and should stop (scorer) and toned down (music). I will post the action taken at a later date.

5. Regarding the league online page, Gary has now upgraded the site which will enable team captains to enter a multitude of information. Gary has produced a guide on how to carry out actions which is posted on the Darts Facebook page. Can all captains carry out the relevant actions needed on Friday, if there are any issues please inform the committee.
On behalf of the Committee, I would like to thank Gary for all his actions on the website and ensuring all information is now safe from outside interests into our data. It is very much appreciated.

I have updated the site with the missing Quins 7 - Railway OB 4 score and the Baglan Boars Vs Red Dragon match from last night, Baglan won won 9-2

Congrats to the burgess 1 against the Railway 1 on winning second division 3\'s tournament night, good darts thrown by both teams. Moderate turn out tonight, many thanks to the Ducks for being the only team represented east of the Red Lion, is much appreciated
