This forum is for the discussion of anything to do with Prostate Cancer.

Alan,

I agree that it's probably not related to the PCa.

Just as a matter of curiosity, was some portion of your IMRT devoted to the whole pelvis, or was the entire treatment to the prostate only?

Swelling in the extremities is a known symptom of lymph node involvement.

However, If you have been on ADT for a year, I see no reason to believe that would be the cause.

It's probably nothing to worry about but if it persists, I would mention it to the docs.
