So my favorites fir August are: August 8th- Single Working Woman’s Day and August 28th National Senior Citizens Day! (https://www.mentalfloss.com/article/591321/offbeat-august-holidays). I commend all working mothers, but particularly single moms. You go girl! It is hard enough just being a mom, but when everything falls ONLY on one set of shoulders, it is a heavy task to undertake. CUDOS and best of luck to all of you. You’ll need strength, fortitude & lots of love to run your household. And, since I’m a “Senior Citizen”, of course I would also select August 28th National Senior Citizens Day! Here’s to all of us!!!

How do you view August?
I see it as the month to make beach plans, vacation, celebrate birthdays and wave goodbye to summer.
I was not aware of Senior Citizen Day, will inform my Mom.
