The Lisburn Exiles Forum is dedicated to the memory of James Goddard Collins (The Boss) who single-handedly built LISBURN.COM (with a lot of help from many contributors) from 1996 to 29th November 2012. This website was his passion and helping people with a common interest in the City of Lisburn around the world is his lasting legacy.
Hi all, I went to Tescos this afternoon for the weekly shopping. Wasn't in very long when I met a girl I used to work with. We got chatting and she said she enjoyed the Lisburn Exiles Forum. I said that we referred to people like herself as "lurkers". I had to explain what that meant.
I think she promised to come on; some of you know her and her sister as they were mentioned a couple of times. This particular girl knows lots of Lisburn people and could answer some queries I'm sure.
Can't tell you any more as I have dinner in the oven, then I'm sitting down for the night AND I'm happy enough to do that. The "runnin's" finished.
