The Lisburn Exiles Forum is dedicated to the memory of James Goddard Collins (The Boss) who single-handedly built LISBURN.COM (with a lot of help from many contributors) from 1996 to 29th November 2012. This website was his passion and helping people with a common interest in the City of Lisburn around the world is his lasting legacy.

Happy New Year

Well to all a very happy New Year's and may you all be richly blessed in 2010. We are once again back into a deep freeze so not straying too far from home today. Didn't even stay awake long enough last evening to bring in the New Year's - I guess my age is finally getting caught up with me. However, I am happy and contended to be at home and very grateful to see my son and his family who have just returned from a Caribbean Cruise - glad they got home without any trouble in the airports.

Enjoy today as if it is the last day of your life and be grateful for all blessings bestowed on us.
