Just had a request from Daley as to whether any of our players have got an i-pad dock they can bring with them to matches at Hazelwood so that we can play some 'music' in the changing rooms to 'fire us up' before the kick-off.

Not sure if he means he is bringing an i-pad himself with a load of gangsta rap, r&b, grime & bashment tunes on it or whether he wants me to dig out my jazz/funk/soul/rare groove albums that I bought back in the 70's like this and convert them to MP3s so our players can listen to the original beats that all their rap heroes have since nicked sampled.

Somehow I can't see Terry and Barney being very impressed. I have no idea what sort of music they are into, but Trev goes to Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion concerts when he is over in Vegas !

We then have Frankie Karemo into this sort of Afro-Cuban music as he is a Kizomba dance instructor, while George and the players he is bringing along from his Theatre Company would probably like to hear something like this ?!
I don't think Hagan is into rap, grime & bashment either. I'm sure he is into Creamfields-style 'bangin rave house'...and don't ask me to pick a tune from that genre nowadays. I lost touch with that scene when this came out 21 years ago !

I'm pleased to say that my copy of this tune (which I bought back in 1978) is not as warped as the record that is playing in the video, so I can copy it onto an i-pad if our players like this one.
