The Lisburn Exiles Forum is dedicated to the memory of James Goddard Collins (The Boss) who single-handedly built LISBURN.COM (with a lot of help from many contributors) from 1996 to 29th November 2012. This website was his passion and helping people with a common interest in the City of Lisburn around the world is his lasting legacy.

Just read.of the death of a Ken Burns on 1st April. Religious man, buried in Lisburn. Anybody know if he was my onetime friend?

Thanks Billy and Donald. Ken really was a nice man.. I knew him as a boxer, but I also recall him singing as we strolled along the Magherlave Road. I am sad but pleased he had a long happy family life.
