Lisburn Exiles Forum

(Site is no longer operational pending a major long overdue overhaul of the entire website. Thank you for your patience. Site should still be visible and searchable for old posts.)

The Lisburn Exiles Forum is dedicated to the memory of James Goddard Collins (The Boss) who single-handedly built LISBURN.COM (with a lot of help from many contributors) from 1996 to 29th November 2012. This website was his passion and helping people with a common interest in the City of Lisburn around the world is his lasting legacy.

Frustration

I have just been spammed as "Ann" so here goes again. I tried ordering a Kenwood Chef mixer from John Lewis. I filled in all the details, entered my card no, security code and password, only to be told that my account was locked. Upon ringing the bank I was told that everything was now in order and my account was opened once more. I then tried for the second time to order the mixer only to be told once again that my account was locked. I have given up trying to order on the internet. I find I have this problem many a time and it's a nuisance. I'll visit Argos this week and buy my mixer there, even though it's more expensive by £10. Talk about a waste of time.
