Wages in Norniron

Was just reading in BBC News Northern Ireland about a company which went into liquidation recently and noticed the amount workers would be entitled to as back pay. = a little over GBP300 per week. Is that an average weekly wage for a driver for 40 hours and is that take home ? What are the average take home wages for tradesmen = bricklayers, fitters, joiners etc?

Sir Reg said back-pay would be available to those entitled to it, at a rate of just over £300 a week.
