The Lisburn Exiles Forum is dedicated to the memory of James Goddard Collins (The Boss) who single-handedly built LISBURN.COM (with a lot of help from many contributors) from 1996 to 29th November 2012. This website was his passion and helping people with a common interest in the City of Lisburn around the world is his lasting legacy.

"Rudolf der Renntier " and "Stille Nacht "

You,ve guessed it, those are " Rudolf the red nosed Reindeer " and " Silent Night " which Christopher my middle Grandson sang last night at the school,s Christmas party ( in German ). Rudolf was translated from English of course, but Stille Nacht was sang in the original German version which was the basis for the English carol. I suppose everyone gets sentimental at this time.
