If you have been treated by Tulsa Pro for localized recurrent PCa, I would appreciate hearing about your experience. More specifically:
--How would you rate the effectiveness of your procedure
--What side effects have you experienced
--What facility provided the service, i. e, name and location
--Name of practitioner
--How much time did you spend on site
--Was the procedure covered by insurance and/or out-of-pocket
