No insults or flaming - be polite and respectful at all times and understand that there may be a variety of points of view, all of which may have some validity;
Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making

My name is Alejandra Schimmel and I am a doctoral student at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Nursing. You are being asked to volunteer for a research study (survey). The purpose of this study is gathering information about the different supportive care needs that advanced prostate cancer survivors may have.
The survey will take you about 15-20 minutes to complete, maybe less. You don’t have to respond to any question that you don´t want to answer and you may stop and exit the survey at any time and for any reason (boredom, fatigue…). In return for the time and effort, the PI will send a $10 electronic gift card. Only legitimate and complete responses will be approved for compensation.
The survey will start with a brief set of questions about you and your cancer. Then, the survey continues with questions about your current needs and quality of life.
