Adjuvant vs salvage therapy

Received my final pathology report after surgery.

Preop PSA 4.6
Grade pT2c
Gleason 3 + 4 = 7
Percent of prostate involved by tumor less than 5%
Positive for perinueral invasion
Negative for seminal vessel invasion
Negative for extraprostatic extension
Negative for lymph vascular invasion

My concern is two positive margins:
Apical .8mm. and lateral .6mm

My urologist doesn't seem to think that they are a big deal. I of course am worried about recurrence. So do I look at adjuvant radiation or wait until PSA rise and then do salvage?
