Yoga benefits men undergoing prostate cancer treatment

Came across this article recently. Had problems with urinary incontinence after the operation.

Do you think yoga can help we deal with this? Or could you suggest some way that you have found useful

Re: Yoga benefits men undergoing prostate cancer treatment

The plain fact is that whatever diet and exercise us good for your heart and lungs is also an aid to helping overcome PCa. If yoga exercise floats your boat so be it. It won't hurt but personally I favour something more active, based on over nine years with advanced PCa and still going strong.
