hormone therapy

rad prostatectomy one yr ago. fluctuating PSA; now 74. MD recommends hormone therapy. CT and bone scans negative. any reason, other than possible lab err for the up and downs of the PSA. Are there other tests, beside the CT and bone scan, that are more definitive for mets location. Thanks.

Re: hormone therapy

Sol you would have had 4 PSA tests since your PR. Please provide the actual PSA test readings in order that we may be able to help you?

best wishes,
john
