casodex and fin astride

hi all according to many reports in google it seems that casodex 150mg and finasteride achieve a similar result as lupron and drugs in that category personally he brought my psa to 1 or less. Any comment please I thank you all for the great work you are doing. Thanks. John q

Re: casodex and fin astride

John,

Please give us your stats like, PSA, gleason, age, treatment ....etc. My Onc would not give you an anti androgen like cassodex continuously but would give you proscar and avadart continuously. He believes that if you give an anti androgen continuously your cancer will mutate and use the anti androgen as fuel to grow. Other Onc's will give it till you have a rising PSA while on the anti androgen.

You might want to find an Onc that will work with you on this like Snuffy Meyers, Bob Leibowitz, Jeffery Turner,...etc.

Fred
