This forum is for the discussion of anything to do with Prostate Cancer. There are only four rules:
No fundraisers, no commercials (although it is OK to recommend choices of treatment or medical people based on your personal research; invitations to participate in third-party surveys are also acceptable, provided there is no compensation to YANA);
No harvesting e-mail addresses for Spam;
No insults or flaming - be polite and respectful at all times and understand that there may be a variety of points of view, all of which may have some validity;
Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making
Failure to abide by these simple rules will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your posting privileges.

The problem with enthusiastic posts from people with no doubt sincerely held views, making claims which amount to unproven assertion, not validated by clinical trial, peer reviewed, is that innocent readers may mistake their passion for proof. That is why the wise must speak out against such nonsense. We have been through this cannabis assertion so many times on this site, always without proof being proffered. The only proven thing about cannabis is the possibility of generating psychosis. Anything else is the placebo effect until someone can prove otherwise.

OC in England.
Excellent point OC but there are also those who know that they are pedalling "SNAKE OIL" and do so for the sole purpose of $$$. The former I emphasise with, trusting that their misguided perceptions will do no harm, the latter I hope are caught and dealt with by the Law.
