John, I might have missed something in 8 years of reading up on prostate cancer, but I have never heard of free PSA in the context of PSA monitoring after treatment. A free PSA of 0.03 is 30% of a total PSA of 0.10, and for someone without a prostate cancer diagnosis, a 30% free PSA would be a good number as a measure of cancer risk. But if you already have cancer and are being treated by ADT, I don't know that free PSA has a useful meaning. But I might be wrong.

I think John Q still has a prostate so the free PSA might have some use to see how the cancer is being kept under control or not. It might give enough information so that fewer biopsies are required but I also haven't read any articles on its use in this situation but it seems like a good idea.
The 0.1 PSA is a good number as it indicates very low PC level in the body.
