No fundraisers, no commercials (although it is OK to recommend choices of treatment or medical people based on your personal research; invitations to participate in third-party surveys are also acceptable, provided there is no compensation to YANA);
No harvesting e-mail addresses for Spam;
No insults or flaming - be polite and respectful at all times and understand that there may be a variety of points of view, all of which may have some validity;
Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making

How many thought am I going to be here for this Thanksgiving? For this Christman? to welcome in the new year? They are now upon us and we made it. True some are sicker/ some may not hang on for all of them, but every day thank God for the time you have received and it is ok to ask for more. Holidays give us a spirit lift so take time to enjoy. Hug family/ talk to friends/ think about others. Feel better in the heart and others will see it. Thanks to all Carol
