Several possibilites come to mind -

Testosterone, as with PSA varies from week to week and even hours of the day.

Posibility of different labs being used.

I started out 4 years ago on Lupron and switched to Zolodex both of which kept my T levels to below 20 (castrate level).

Been on vacation from Zolodex for 10 months now and T has only risen to 45.

I figure that my sex life is over now and there are some good things to be said about that.

Not knowing your age could make a big difference in your attitude to this.

As long as you feel okay, I would not worry about it.
