Bob,

Not sure what your radiologist is talking about when he says "rebound". I assume he means a return to post treatment testosterone levels. I believe it is very rare that a man would not return to post treatment testosterone levels after only 4 months of ADT.

Keep in mind that all the recent studies have shown a benefit to combining hormone therapy with radiation. There is still some question about the optimal time to start and complete it.

It took me well over a year to rebound. Libido has not return to pre ADT level. I was 62 and I now feel great. I will feel even better if the salvage radiation and ADT cured the cancer. Only time will tell. It's been 2 years.
