I think we all get a bit anxious when we get our PSA tests so that part is just natural. Tell him to exercise and eat a heart healthy diet. Heart/stroke is the health area to worry about now. He might need salvage follow up treatment but it isn't that bad for most men. In any event PC is very unlikely to be his eventual cause of death because better drugs and treatments for PC are coming out every year and it will be at least 10 more years before he will need advanced treatments.
