Nara,

Sorry to hear about your husband. You are right to question why no anti androgen to prevent flair. Onncologist typically keep you on it for the duration of the cycle if you are doing intermittent ADT2. I agree with Scott. Find yourself a medical oncologist that specializes in prostate cancer. His Doc should have handed him off to an Oncologist.
