Any bad reactions to Xofigo?

Curious to know if anyone had a bad reaction to Xofigo (alpharadin, Radium223). My husband had a single dose, had immediate severe "stabbing" flank pain, and nausea/vomiting that persisted for a month and resulted in a loss of 30 pounds and severe weakness. He died 4 months later with pneumonia and acute GI bleed. The pain ceased a month after the injection. Until then it was hard to control with patches and oral narcotics. He never fully regained strength although was briefly able to walk very short distances with a cane when he was discharged from a rehab unit a month after the injection. From there he became progressively weaker until the two month mark when he fell and was unable to get up. The last two months of his life were spent in bed or a wheelchair and he was unable to eat normally during the entire 4 months. He had pain-free metastatic prostate cancer and was fully functioning up to the day of the injection.
