Need a good referral for active surveillance urologist in WA

Hi, I am hoping that someone on this site can give me some good advice on finding a Urologist in Washington state that is objective given my current low risk prostate cancer diagnosis (see my story at Tom F). Unfortunately, the Urologist who performed my initial biopsy was a surgeon who just wanted to cut it out & I am would like to find a new Urologist with a more broad perspective on managing my case.

Thanks for any advice - Tom
