i believe im t1c gls score 6 psa under 10 3 spots of cancer out of 12 cores one spot is 100 per cent other 2 spots 6 an 8 per cent respective ly cancer cant be felt boswick lab says it getting magressive what should i do im 79 yrs in pretty good health i thank you all john

When I was diagnosed back in 1996, there was a man who posted quite frequently on sites llike this. I personally liked his sense of humour and his message although he was far from popular with the majority - mainly because he held what was definitely a minority view at that time.

His site is long gone, but I saved a bit of it which you can read here - Lorenzo Q. Squarf: Flamekeeper of Western Civilization: "I am not fat! My prostate is slightly enlarged.."

This extract seems to be apposite for you:

If you are in your 80s don't play the therapy game. Period. No. Don't do it. It will destroy the rest of your life. Ameliorate negative symptoms with medication. You can probably do this in an agreeable manner for a longer time than you might imagine. Smile. You have won.
