Alan have you suggested to your wife that she visit RESOURCES FOR THE WOMENFOLK OF PROSTATE CANCER MEN

I realise that this doesn't solve any physical problems, but she may find it helpful to talk to other women in the same position as she is.

Yes, your testosterone will return. It will depend on if you had the 1-month or the 3-month injections. The 3-month seems to last longer; i.e. beyond a year. My testosterone was coming back 8 months later with 1-month injections and for only 6 months. Yours will take longer. On the positive side, the Zoladex did get your testosterone down really low for the treatment so you aren't suffering in vain.
