Annual or semi annual testing after rp

I had an rp back in 2003, almost ten years ago. My pas is always around .1 to .2 I always had it tested annually. Two years ago I took another type of PSA test and it came in at .09

I'm thinking about taking my PSA test from once per year to once every two years. I think my trend warrants a change?
