Re: testosterone levles and energy

I have to qualify my earlier remarks with the following: I walked only one mile (in 20 minutes). I didn't do the whole three miles. I guess I was having a good walking day because in that 20 minutes neither my wonky knee nor my wacky back kicked in. If they had I'm sure my pace would have been much slower and my hope for ten more years diminished. I was lucky with my ADT protocol because, while I did (and still do) have hot flashes, a big belly and enlarged breasts, I never felt fatigued. I was always able to exercise (around my back so speak). Just before I began with ADT I could walk, but not jog because of angina. I had a heart attack and coronary bypass. Now I again have to alternate between walking and SLOW jogging, because the jogging produces an angina-like pain. Incidentally, when my breasts enlarged once in a while I would get needle-like stings, mostly in one breast, just one or two at a time. The other day I was bothered by many, many stinging pains in both breasts. I could barely sleep. In the morning I took one 4-hour Tylenol and the pain quickly went away for the whole day and did not come back.
