Don't. According to the research it should make no difference if you wait until you get a reading of greater than 0.2 before you start salvage radiation treatment. There is a chance that the PSA is caused by other sources and the difference between .01 and .02 is not a trend, but I would start getting monthly PSA readings just in case your PSA starts rising rapidly towards the 0.2 level.
