Scrotum - Testicular Swelling Relief?

Again, I thank you all for your help in navigating this disease. Given it has impacted me personally from death of an Uncle in his 60s who died from metastasis, to a grandfather who died from a broken hip due to complications of active surveillance at 89, to a dad who did IMRT 4 years ago and is (knock on wood) doing well, I appreciate all your responses!

Is there anything you know that can help in the short term or long term for swollen scrotum/testicular area? Tips or tricks? This is not treatment related. It is impacting his ability to walk and wear clothing.

He is on dialysis and had a swollen leg prior that has been helped from the dialysis and drainage of the lymph nodes.
