To answer your question, NO & NO. I had not heard of that therapy. I did a dogpile.com search and found the source. I quit reading after coffee enemas. This site reminded me of a blog several years ago by an excellent well known and experienced prostate cancer doctor;

The coffee up yours will definitely cause some discomfort and upset your natural body chemical balance. We all (you & me) want to hear those special words "Cancer Cure", but in reality there are presently no such words.
Please find a competent doctor using this site and stay away from unproven (or unprovable) claims of a cure.

I have heard of the Gerson Diet/Therapy but have no personal experience of it. I investigated it throughly when I was diagnosed in 1996. I believe it has no value in the treatment of prostate cancer.
