Flomax and Seed Implant

I have no problem with urine flow. Will it help to minimize urinary problem after seed implant, if I start taking flomax before the implant?

Re: Flomax and Seed Implant

Flowmax is commonly recommended before and for 2 or 3 months following seed implants. Also Ibupropin is used for a few weeks to reduce the swelling. I would definately start taking FlowMax before as it takes about 4 days to start working and you could be miserable during the waiting period. You will have at least 4-6 weeks of urinary frequency and urgency and some constriction and FlowMax and Ibupropin really helps in making these tolorable.
