I had a radical 3.5 years ago by a top Canadian surgeon. I had no leakage afterwards but the Urologist surgeon said that it was important to do kegels to stay dry. I do a few in the morning after my shower but not too many. Lately however I find that when I decide to urinate the urge to go magnifies significantly as I get closer to the wash room. Is this a sign that I need to do more kegels?
