Declining Uninary Flow with AMS 800

After about 8 months of relative success with my fourth implant to control incontinence (my third AMS 800), I find that I can prevent urinary flow after actuating the pump and stop flow in mid stream. Sitting in certain seats, my motorcycle seat included, caused leakage but that too has subsided. Urinary flow has returned to the rate I experienced with BHP (turned out not to be so B) and sometimes I must contract my bladder hard to empty it. All this within about 2 weeks. It is as if my nature made sphincter has regenerated but a bit smaller (a guess since, I don't ever remember having a strong manly flow). Of course, it could be a tumor, scar tissue from erosion (13000 miles to the Arctic Circle on the bike may not have been a good idea!) or some other blockage. Or I should have been more patient and let nature heal me. Then I could pee normally and maybe even have sex. That would really break my heart - again.

Does anybody have any ideas? Is it time to panic? Can't say I trust the medical community much after all that has transpired. You people know and tell the truth!

Thank you for your time.
