There was an item on local television in October last year about this product and this is what I said then in response to a query:
As..... this news item was on all the TV channels last evening. What impressed me was the low key approach – and the disclosure of financial issues – that accompanied the interviews. No huge claims made, just a quite assertion of successes in animals and a positive expectation that there might be a similar reaction in humans.
I’m not a believer in ; magic bullets’ but I do think that the immune system might be stimulated to be more effective and to deal with many of the cancer variants.
As you will see from this news article Rainforest cancer drug EBC-46 set for human trials the company that is pushing EBC46 is only now planning to start human trials and is trying to raise A$10 million - I guess that might influence their views on how good the product is.
It is a long, long road from unverified animal experiments to a viable human therapy. I don't know if anything will come of these trials if they are ever started, but I would put no value on EBC-46 right now for a cancer cure.
