Re: Pain after orgasm

Thanks guys. I just read an story that said when you orgasm your bladder closes. since the bladder neck is stitched to your uretha after surgery it sometimes spasms causing it to close hard on the uretha. After two years of this happening in the same spot after surgery it causes swelling to the uretha causing multiple trips to the bathroom. Don't know if this is true but i will check with the Dr. at my appointment next month. The story also said flomax may help this condition. Anyone ever hear of this?

Re: Pain after orgasm

EBRT can also cause pain after orgasm. Mine started in November 09, EBRT was Sept/Oct 07. Presently I can not hold back the event to extend & highten the pleasure. I now understand why some people want/need pain to intensify the orgasm. For me the pain lasts 5 to 10 minutes. It takes a days to work up the courage to do it again, the pain is intense.

Re: Pain after orgasm

I experienced this after my radical 2.5 years ago and thought that something had gone wrong because of the operation. My urologist said that the pain would go away as I had more orgasms. He was right.
