electric stumulation

I am 5 months out from my prostate removal surgery. I am still having incontinence issues. I recently was given an EMPI electric stimulation device. It seems to be working and I really would like to keep it to continue with the improvements. I was told that i could use it for a while and return it if the insurance did not cover it. It now appears that insurance is not going to cover the $525 cost. I really can't afford that price. Is there any clearing house for these devices for people that are not using them anymore? It seems to me that there would be hundreds of them out there sitting on peoples shelves. I had my surgery done by Dr. Randy Fagin and I live in Austin TX. Thanks for any help you can give me.
