Re: flaxseed/oil

Aloha Christene,
Flax seed/oil is still an unknown. I used both for many years before I was diagnosed with PCa. I still use about 1 oz ground flax seed each morning with my egg/mushroom/tomato/cheese/garlic/sesame seed/onion flake breakfast quiche of about 1/5 cups, with sour dough bread.
Through the years BC I used many of the supposed prostate health enhancers. It appears that the only diet that works is the healthy heart diet. I know that many foods are bad for you. Every one is different. You sorta half to balance how much energy you have with what you can eat/breathe. I suspect that if you can get your husband to participate in some sort of exercise, that would do more for his health that anything he eats. Try not to worry about the little things, eat what makes you feel good, get second opinions, enjoy life as best you can.
Joe
