Eitan,
One should expect a slight to moderate rise in PSA after being only 20 months out of radiation and 9 months off Lupron. It often takes quite a while to reach a nadir after radiation ADT or not. This is most likely not a bounce but due to Lupron cessation.
I have very similiar readings to yours and got treatment a year before you did. - PSA readings (Starting 21 mos. out of radiation and 9 mos. off Lupron followed by successive three month readings)
Undet., undet, 0.16, 0.31, 0.16, 0.06.
At the 0.31 level, I started getting worried but was told by my radiologist that this is probably where my PSA would have been had I just received radiation without Lupron.
While our PSA levels can't predict the future, I would give it at least another year not to worry.
