Re: Zometa infusions

I had my first Zometa infusion last week. The nurse which administered the infusion set the drip to run 45 minutes to an hour (small gage needle). I received a full dose 4ml? About 12 hours after the infusion I became extremely cold. I tried everything I could to warm up but nothing seamed to help. This lasted 10 to 12 hours. I then had mild flu like symptoms fever to cold chills, aching mussels, bones and joints, this lasted about half a day. These were the only side effect which I experienced, none were that bad.
Prior to the infusion I was experiencing bone pain (left ribs), most (90%) of the pain has gone after the first 48 hours.
