Hard to say----it could very well be nothing! take the test again and follow the rules about no sex prior and everything else before you take it. do you have any pain? could be an infection? could be an abscess? go to your urologist and let him feel it--he's the best one to tell you.
As William says, could be anything Bill. It is so important to remember that PSA is NOT PCa specific. Elevated PSA levels are caused by something other than PCa in most cases where the PSA is as low as yours is - it is different when the PSA counts are in the hundreds or thousands - then PCa is the most likely cause.
