Yes, mine returned about 14 months after the last ADT shot, sorta painful to begin with, but now quite normal. Now, two years after IMRT, if we wait a couple of weeks between times there is a little ejaculate. I've been trying to get this info from my doc's, but no comments. It appears (from my own experience) that if you have radiation, the prostate urethra, sphincter, and some of the prostate do regenerate. Most of the comments I have read indicate that the prostate becomes like an old piece of shoe leather, like that hamburger left on the grill over winter. But apparently this is not the case. Thanks for asking, I had not gotten any responses to my statements or questions about this subject. So, I'm not that rare singularity I feel like sometimes. My doc's will not even tell me if the prostate sphincter is removed during surgery.

acording to the specialist who did my radiotheraphy you may get a little bit of clear fluid leek out when you finish but that is all. feels like a lot but there is nothing
