I am not a doctor, but have PCa for 2.5 years now. I have read alot here and elsewhere about PCa and surgery effects. My understanding is that without a prostate there is nothing to ejaculate. The vasectomy only eliminates the little swimmers that the prostate fluid carries out. My suggestion is that your dad check with his urologist ASAP.
