Re: Soy Milk

Hi Terry,

Soon after diagnosis I came across the work of Prof Jane Plant. Her breast cancer had returned for a 5th time and she was was given only months to live.

She and her husband (also a scientist) were discussing their past work in China when they realised the significance of the traditional Chinese diet and the lower rates of BCa and PCa in China.

She immediately gave up all dairy produce and adopted a new diet. That saved her life, and in turn, I am convinced it helped to save the lives of many others, mine too, as I was totally convinced by her theories in the books she went on to write.

Also, Prof. Colin T Campbell devoted a lifetime to the sudy of the Chinese diet, and his book 'The China Study' is the best I've read on the subject.

The sad thing is, China now seems to be adopting the 'fast-food' unhealthy Western diet and no doubt BCa and PCa rates will be rising.

All the best,

George
