Penile Implants

My ED looks like it is forever although after 17 months, I do gain some tubessence that can border on erectile activity. Should I consider implants?

I'm hoping to regain more feeling in my penis after I finelly get past the fourth urinary surgery. So I am hoping sex is still in my future. I've read some horror stories about the implant but every man in my support group at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston thinks they are god and wishes he had done it sooner.

What has your good/bad/indifferent experience been?

Thank you.
