Just wondering if there is any danger or downside to the post-rp orgasms, which are very intense?
Currently 6mths postop. The idea of the pudendal nerve causes great concern.

All I can share with you is my experience. I had my first orgasm two days after the catheter removed (9 days after the surgery) with my doctor's blessing. Although my orgasm was less intense that before the surgery, it has continued to grow in pleasure as the weeks/months pass and I continue to heal. I'm also relearning what makes it feel good. I continue to orgasm almost daily (sometimes two to three times a day) and credit this as on aspect that's helping me heal.
So, get your doctor's OK, then stop worrying and enjoy!
